    Hired and managed an instructor team, designed the full curriculum, and ran the partnerships that placed graduates at leading Egyptian tech companies.

    Co-founded and led 7Dash into one of Cairo's top coding bootcamps. Built the operating model from zero — curriculum, recruiting funnel, placement pipeline, and instructor team. Recognized locally for excellence and innovation in tech education.
